Channel Head - Business Development - Organized Wealth - Mumbai
Purpose:
Lead and grow the Organized Wealth channel by building strong relationships with Foreign Banks, Private Banks, and Wealth Management firms, driving AUM, sales, customer acquisition, SIPs, and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel strategy and annual business plans.
- Build and deepen relationships with Private Banks, Foreign Banks, and Wealth Management firms.
- Drive AUM, Gross/Net Sales, SIPs, and customer acquisition across Equity, Debt, Alternatives & PMS.
- Work closely with Investment, Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Sales teams.
- Lead pricing and commercial negotiations with distribution partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive product/platform onboarding.
- Monitor partner performance, market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with regional sales teams to achieve channel and regional targets.
- Drive strategic campaigns, partner engagement and business initiatives.
- Manage, mentor and develop the team to improve productivity and performance.
Ideal Profile:
- Candidates with strong experience in AMC / Mutual Fund / Wealth Management / Private Banking distribution, with established relationships across organized wealth channels and proven expertise in business development and channel management.
