Job Title - Channel Enablement Analyst

Location: Bangalore, India

Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of procurement channels, including catalogues, guided buying, and self-service tools.
• Maintain and update catalogues, price lists, and other channel content to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop training materials and provide guidance to internal users on channel usage and best practices.
• Track channel performance, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Ensure all channel content and processes adhere to procurement policies and audit requirements.
• Work closely with suppliers, finance, and procurement teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality.

Position requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categories.
• Experience managing catalogues, price lists and procurement content.
• Strong understanding of user training and adoption practices.
• Experience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry.
• Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence
• Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa
• Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others.
• Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives.
• Passion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
