Channel Development Manager - Agency

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the agency channel, increasing revenue and market share.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell general insurance products.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in agency sales or agent recruitment in the general insurance industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective growth strategies for an agency channel.
• Strong understanding of general insurance sales principles, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
