Channel Development Manager - Agency

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the agency channel, increasing revenue through agent recruitment and retention.
• Manage a team of agents, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing relationships with agents and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-9 years of experience in general insurance sales or related field.
• Proven track record in developing successful agency partnerships or managing teams of agents.
• Strong understanding of general insurance products and services, including life insurance, health insurance, etc.
