Change Project Manager (with PROSCI Certification)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead and support change management activities across strategic business and transformation initiatives. The role will work closely with Program/Project Management teams and business stakeholders to ensure changes are effectively communicated, adopted and sustained.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in structured change management, stakeholder engagement, communication and training, preferably leveraging the PROSCI methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies and plans for strategic programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Partner closely with Program and Project Management teams to align change activities with overall project timelines, milestones and business objectives.
• Apply PROSCI change management principles and methodologies to drive adoption and minimise resistance to change.
• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments to identify affected groups, adoption risks and required interventions.
• Develop and execute effective stakeholder engagement and communication plans to build awareness, understanding and commitment.
• Coordinate with relevant learning and business teams to plan and deliver training and enablement activities.
• Establish reinforcement and adoption measures to support sustained change and track the effectiveness of change initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, programme teams and cross-functional partners to encourage collaboration, feedback and alignment.
• Identify change risks, dependencies and resistance areas, and proactively develop mitigation approaches.
• Support multiple change initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting demanding timelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Change Management, Project Management, Business Transformation or a related role, with significant exposure to cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in organisational change management.
• Experience developing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training and adoption approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and consultative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organisational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership, work independently and collaborate effectively across geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PROSCI Change Management certification preferred.
• APM Project Management certification would be an advantage.
• Bachelor s degree in Social Sciences, Business, Organisational Development, Change Management or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation or Customer Experience initiatives would be advantageous.

Work Location & Shift Flexibility

This role requires a high degree of flexibility in terms of work location and working hours:

• Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid model, including working from the company office and/or client office, depending on business and project requirements.
• Candidates must be flexible to work in US and/or UK aligned shifts based on stakeholder, programme and project requirements.
• The role will involve regular collaboration with global and cross-functional stakeholders, requiring flexibility to accommodate meetings and business priorities across different time zones.
