Change Manager

Job Title: Change Manager (Organizational Change Management)

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and support organizational change initiatives across business and technology transformation programs. The ideal candidate will drive change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training adoption, and business readiness activities to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies.
• Assess change impacts and create stakeholder engagement plans.
• Drive communication, training, and adoption activities.
• Partner with business and project teams to manage change risks and resistance.
• Track change readiness and adoption metrics.

Requirements:

• 6-15 years of overall experience with strong expertise in Organizational Change Management.
• Experience supporting large-scale business or digital transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Prosci Certification preferred.
