Change Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Leading end-to-end delivery of change initiatives across TBS, covering both global deployments and local projects

2. Creating and managing detailed deployment plans which clearly define how, when, and where change will land

3. Ensuring a consistent approach to change delivery, using agreed methodologies, tools, and templates

4. Driving a high-quality colleague experience, ensuring change is simple, clear, and easy to adopt

5. Working independently to plan, manage, and deliver change with minimal supervision

6. Managing multiple change initiatives at the same time, balancing priorities and timelines

7. Designing and delivering stakeholder engagement plans to ensure alignment and readiness 8. Working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams to understand expectations and address concerns

9. Identifying risks and issues early, creating mitigation plans, and escalating where required 10. Partnering with Communications and Learning teams to ensure messaging and training are aligned to the change plan

11. Ensuring all change activity is joined up, avoiding duplication and creating a seamless experience for colleagues

12. Monitoring progress and adoption, acting where needed to improve outcomes

13. Continuously improving how change is delivered within the team

4. Use data and insights (such as adoption metrics, colleague feedback, and engagement data) to monitor progress, identify risks, and take action to improve change outcomes and colleague experience

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience delivering change and transformation initiatives 2. Experience managing projects end-to-end, from planning to embedding 3. Experience working independently with accountability for outcomes 4. Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams 5. Proven ability to manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously 6. Strong track record of building relationships and driving collaboration 7. Ability to flex working style to work with different teams and cultures
