Change Management Manager

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Capability Building & Change Management Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective delivery of internal department capability-building and training needs, as well as managing change for clients implementing our SaaS-based procurement software solutions.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

• Training & Change Certification such as PROSCI, CCMP, ATD, etc., is preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on capability building and change management.

• Experience with SaaS-based procurement software solutions is highly desirable.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in e-learning platforms and tools is preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of various internal departments.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments for improvement.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and incorporate best practices into training modules.

• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions for staff at all levels.

• Lead and support change management initiatives for clients implementing our SaaS-based procurement software solutions.

• Develop and execute change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training support.

• Conduct readiness assessments and identify potential risks to successful adoption.

• Work closely with client project teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions for staff at all levels.
