Education: Master's degree or equivalent

This role is about managing and delivering projects that improve the way banking operations work.

You will work with different teams within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), understand their problems, find solutions, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the expected results.

You will work closely with senior management, business teams, and operations teams across different regions, including Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific.

In simple words, you will help the bank improve its processes, manage risks, implement changes, and make operations more efficient.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage projects: Lead projects from the planning stage to final implementation.
• Plan and organize: Define project goals, timelines, budgets, resources, and responsibilities.
• Manage stakeholders: Coordinate with senior management, business teams, operations teams, and other project managers.
• Conduct meetings: Organize meetings and workshops to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Track project progress: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Manage risks and issues: Identify potential problems, assess risks, and take action to resolve them.
• Prepare reports and presentations: Share project updates, progress, risks, and results with senior management.
• Implement changes: Help business and operations teams adopt new processes, systems, or ways of working.
• Guide junior team members: Support and coach junior project managers and help them improve their skills.
• Improve processes: Identify opportunities to make project management and banking operations more effective.
• Manage resources: Ensure the project has the right people, time, and other resources to succeed.

• Process improvement: Making existing banking processes faster and more efficient.
• Regulatory projects: Ensuring the bank follows new laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Risk and control projects: Reducing operational risks and improving internal controls.
• Organizational changes: Changing team structures, responsibilities, or operating models.
• Technology and AI projects: Supporting the implementation of new technology, automation, or AI-based solutions.
• Reporting and dashboard projects: Developing reports and dashboards to track performance and help management make better decisions.
• Transformation projects: Making major changes to how banking operations function.
