Change Coordinator

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience with IT change management processes and tools (e. g., ServiceNow, Jira).
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks is an asset.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Business-oriented, Communications, Group Problem-Solving, Long-Term Planning, Meeting Management, Organisational Change Management, Resource Coordination, Results-Oriented, Time Management, Waterfall Model.
• Experience presenting at governance boards or similar forums.
