• Experience in Change governance - Risk assessment - Stakeholder management - Communication - Planning & coordination - Analytical thinking - Technical awareness - Process improvement - Documentation - ITIL knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in change management tools and software, such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Experience in project management and familiarity with project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks related to change management is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
