CFIN Solution Architect S/4HANA Finance

Job Title: SAP S/4 HANA Central Finance Solution Architect
Location: India
Mode of Working: Hybrid/Remote/Client-facing
Profile and Skills:

• ~12-15 years of relevant experience plus Domain experience
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA Central Finance
• Implementations with SAP and non-SAP source systems (at least one CFIN implementation as system of record with CPAY and other central finance processes)
• Broad SAP Finance knowledge covering Finance and Controlling and few niche/Industry-specific solutions
• Should have good customer facing experience
• Ability to do FITGAP analysis and lead workshops with Business and Process Architects
• Strong cross-functional integration knowledge
• Excellent Presentation skills and Communication skills both verbal and written
• Chartered Accountant/ BE / Finance MBA background with top academic pedigree from a Tier 1 / reputed institution
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Self-starter, ability to work independently with minimum supervision

In-depth understanding of:

1. CFIN as a system of record, data mapping framework, master data, integrations with source systems
2. SLT, AIF, Initial Load vs Real-Time Replication, Error handling, custom derivations
3. Reconciliation Strategy, cutover, statutory and legal reporting from CFIN
4. Overall technology landscape for mid-to-large-sized organizations with MDG, SaaS Apps and other satellite systems in Finance (Reconciliation, Cash Mgmt. Taxation, Consolidation, Group Reporting, FP&A etc.)
5. AI & Automation solutions in the Finance area
   
   Key Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead technology transformation initiatives underway as they relate to the financial processes
• Conduct assessments for client roadmaps to SAP S/4 HANA Central Finance with specific expertise in Data model of Chart of Accounts, Profit Center, Cost Center, BP, Material, Tax codes, Bank etc.
• Lead Design phase for SAP S/4HANA CFIN transformational engagements focusing on Finance with CFIN as System of Record.
• Evaluate existing technologies and recommend future state via enhancements or replacements
• Participate in the pre-Sales cycle involving qualifying opportunities, solutioning & estimation, creating the value proposition/ differentiators and participate in RFX Orals/ client leadership presentations.
• Design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly with other modules and/or applications
• Analyse technical and functional integration requirements
• Lead and mentor a team of SAP Finance practitioners for all the above
