CFD Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled CFD Analyst with strong expertise in fluids and heat transfer. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing CFD and heat transfer projects using Ansys Fluent . This role involves both technical execution and leadership responsibilities, requiring the ability to manage projects end-to-end while mentoring a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute CFD and Heat Transfer projects for domestic business with high accuracy.
• Manage CFD requests for new and ongoing projects, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and align deliverables.
• Assess designs and propose modifications for improved performance, lightweight solutions, and low-pressure-drop designs.
• Utilize SpaceClaim software to create detailed 3D models of complex geometries, ensuring accurate simulation results.
• Carry out activities including CAD cleanup, meshing, applying correct physics, solving, and preparing reports.
• Mentor and guide a team of 23 engineers while being hands-on and leading by example.
• Manage project timelines and ensure quality deliverables.
