CFCO-1413- Senior Full stack developer

Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Full stack developer with 6-8years of experience to drive architecture, design, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks like Next.js/React, backend development using Python or Node.js, workflow orchestration using Camunda, and cloud-native development on AWS. This role requires a balance of

hands-on coding, technical leadership, and team mentoring .

Key Responsibilities

• • Lead end-to-end design and development of full-stack applications using Next.js and React + Architect scalable backend services using Node.js OR Python (FastAPI/Django) + Design and implement workflow orchestration solutions using Camunda Platform + Drive cloud-native architecture and deployments on Amazon Web Services + Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality delivery + Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns + Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and improve team productivity + Work with databases like PostgreSQL for high-performance data solutions + Ensure system scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance + Drive CI/CD implementation and automation pipelines + Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making

Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development and system architecture
• Experience working on scalable enterprise applications
