About the Role:

We are looking for a sensible, steady-handed Certified Financial Planner. Investing is ultimately about funding real human lives, and your job will be to help our clients build practical, long-term wealth plans based on straightforward, data-backed strategies. You will serve as a rational sounding board for our clients, helping them stay the course when the market gets choppy and keeping them focused on the underlying facts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sit down with clients, understand their realities, and build customized wealth plans that prioritize capital preservation and long-term compounding.
• Monitor portfolios quietly and execute sensible, tax-efficient rebalancing when the facts or the market environment change.
• Act as a behavioral guide. Your most important job will be helping clients avoid emotional mistakes and cognitive freezing during market swings.
• Execute rigorous client on boarding, risk profiling, and personal cash flow reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Valid CFP Certification is strictly required.
• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in financial planning or advisory.
• A solid, working understanding of mutual funds, tax-efficient portfolio structuring, and baseline asset allocation.
• Clear, honest communication skills. You need to be able to explain things simply.
• A firm, unwavering belief that the advisor's interests must sit on the exact same side of the table as the client's.
