Preferred Experience

• Relevant experience in technical documentation or QA support
• Strong attention to detail, organizing and formatting consistency
• Exposure to aerospace documentation workflows and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with engineering records such as lab reports, test reports, and design reviews
• Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with AS9100D and aerospace quality frameworks
• Process Improvement: Interest in digital documentation workflows and automation tools
• Growth Potential: Willingness to learn advanced PLM/document control systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill)
• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with engineering, QA, and certification teams

• Compliance & Certification Support
  • Track compliance data and certification artifacts
  • Support audit preparation activities and documentation readiness
• QA & BOM Verification
  • Perform QA data entry and record maintenance
  • Verify Bill of Materials (BOM) for documentation accuracy
• Editing & Proofreading
  • Assist in proofreading and editing technical documents
  • Ensure adherence to organizational documentation standards
