We deploy autonomous AI agents that handle the full scope of patient operations scheduling, care coordination, billing, and more — so practices can run leaner and patients get a better experience.Our team comes from Google, Amazon, Nvidia, Adobe and Visa.We are rapidly growing and looking for builders who want to do the best work of their careers on problems that actually matter: Patient journey, Healthcare systems optimization, and a new AI-native Operating System for Health Systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, working closely with the founders to drive product delivery across key customer implementations.

You’ll own what happens after a customer signs — getting them live, keeping them healthy, and helping them grow.

Run the implementations

• Own the plan and timeline for every account you’re assigned — who’s doing what, by when, and what’s blocking it
• Juggle several implementations at once and always know where each one stands
• Chase down client-side blockers and unblock

Onboard new customers with Quality

• Run onboarding start to finish — kickoff, setup, configuration with the engineers, testing, and go-live
• Be the customer’s main point of contact the whole way through
• Make sure every deployment is actually set up right before it goes live — quality, not just hitting the date

Keep accounts healthy and growing

• Watch the numbers that matter once a customer is live — adoption, resolution rate, AI-booked appointments, prior-auth automation, patient satisfaction
• Run regular check-ins and act as the early warning system the moment an account goes quiet
• Spot the opening to expand when an account is doing well and hand a warm, well-prepped expansion roadmap to customers

Build the playbook

• Turn what works into reusable SOPs, templates, and checklists as you go, organized by customer type
• Make each new customer an activation, not a project you start from scratch
• Set it up so all teams involved know what is next, and time to delivery keeps going down

Who You Are

You’ve done this before — carried customers from signed to live to growing, and you’ve done it for more than one at a time without losing the thread.

You’ll need:

• 3 to 6 years in hands-on, customer-facing delivery — implementation, onboarding, customer success, professional services, technical account management, or project management — ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, or healthtech
• A real track record running several implementations or accounts in parallel, on a timeline, and driving people to go-live
• Proof you’ve owned a deployment end to end yourself, from kickoff to adoption — not managing a relationship while someone else did the work
• Finisher energy — you go after the boring blocker and close the loop, every time
• Comfort with US-overlap hours for customer calls

Strong plus:

• You know US healthcare workflows or EHR/PMS systems or you’ve worked in RCM or practice operations
• You’re AI-native — you already use AI tools to automate your own work and you get what agentic systems can and can’t do

What to expect

• Location: Gurugram, India — 5 days in-office, 1 day work from home.
