SIKA Interplant Systems Limited is a 50+ year old listed Aerospace & Defence company headquartered in Bengaluru. We are looking for dynamic, analytical, and highly motivated individuals to join our CEO Office and work directly on strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to business strategy, research, AI-enabled workflows, corporate communication, and high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, business, technical, and competitor research.
• Prepare reports, business briefs, presentations, meeting notes, and executive summaries.
• Draft professional emails, proposals, agendas, and internal communications.
• Build and maintain trackers, templates, and documentation.
• Support strategic projects, business development, and research initiatives.
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity while validating outputs for accuracy.
• Analyse documents and extract key information from contracts, proposals, and customer communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track deliverables and project milestones.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.

Eligibility

• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good research and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Internship or project experience in research, consulting, business analysis, strategy, corporate communications, legal operations, or CEO/Founder's Office.
• Exposure to AI-assisted research and content creation.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination skills.
• AI Certification will be an added advantage.
