CEO Office/Founders Office Role - Strategy & Operations

About Cent Health:

Cent Health is a preventive health-tech company, built by the team behind Practo, on a mission to make preventive healthcare simple, affordable and accessible across India. We are early-stage: the playbook is still being written, and the people who join now write it.

The Role:

You will be the founders' right hand for the things that don't have an owner yet. Expect to take a fuzzy problem, shape it into a plan, and drive it to launch, then hand it to a team and move on to the next one. This is a 0-to-1 seat, not a reporting job.

What you will do:

- Founder partner: Work side by side with the founders on strategy, priorities and the operating rhythm of the company.

- 0-to-1 projects: Take new initiatives from idea to launch: new centres, new services, new cities, new partnerships. Define scope, metrics and milestones, and run them end to end.

- Program ownership: Own cross-functional programs across Ops, Clinical, Sales, Finance, Tech and HR; remove blockers and keep every team on the same page.

- Systems from scratch: Build the first version of SOPs, dashboards, review cadences and decision frameworks, so the company can scale without chaos.

- Analysis and decisions: Run market sizing, unit economics, pricing and business-case work to help the founders decide quickly with good data.

- Communication: Prepare founder updates, board and investor material, and act as the link between founders, leadership and external partners.

- Escalation: Spot risks early, bring options rather than problems, and drive decisions to closure.

What we are looking for:

- 2 - 5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, startup operations, product or business roles; MBA from a top-tier B-school preferred.

- Has taken at least one project from zero to launch, ideally in a startup, founder's office or a new-business team.

- Strong structured thinking and comfort with numbers; can build a model and tell the story behind it.

- Gets things done without authority: persuades, follows up and closes loops across senior stakeholders.

- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace and wearing many hats; healthcare or diagnostics exposure is a plus, not a must.

- Clear written and verbal communication; high ownership, integrity and sound judgement.
