We are seeking an experienced industry leader with the credibility, relationships and leadership network to attract independent distributors and senior leaders and build a high-performance organization.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR • 10+ years of experience in Direct Selling / Network Marketing / MLM / Consumer Products. • A strong personal network of independent distributors, senior leaders and business builders. • Proven ability to attract leaders and distributors to a new business opportunity. • Demonstrated experience building and expanding large distributor organisations. • Strong industry credibility, communication and leadership presence. • Experience across multiple cities, states or national markets. • Strong understanding of distributor motivation, incentives, compensation plans and leadership development.
YOUR MANDATE ATTRACT LEADERS - BUILD DISTRIBUTORS- DEVELOP LEADERS - EXPAND MARKETS
The selected leader will work directly with the promoters to rebuild leadership confidence, activate markets, bring
experienced independent distributors into the organisation and create sustainable growth.
WHAT YOU BRING :
Candidates should demonstrate previous organisation size, business volume, markets developed, leadership
teams built and meaningful experience attracting independent distributors.
COMPENSATION
Attractive fixed compensation + substantial performance-linked incentives, with additional
leadership/business-building incentives for exceptional market-building capability.
