Centric PLM Infra Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Centric PLM Vendor for knowledge gain and slowly take over the Infrastructure and Maintenance Activities
• Collaborate with Product Managers & Product teams in collecting the business requirements related to Centric PLM Infra
• To conduct due diligence for converting new opportunities
• Ensure the requirements are delivered on time with quality which is expected by the customer
• To be able to effectively and appropriately communicate with senior organizations, both verbally and nonverbally.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with team members.
• Work directly with clients /stakeholders like Product Managers, Product Teams in requirement gathering, solution design and solution deployment.

Required Skills:

• Centric PLM Infrastructure administration knowledge. • Need to have knowledge on SQL, PostgreSQL, Manago DB, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, YAML
• Manage and Maintain the Cloud Infrastructure on platforms like Azure or Google Cloud
• Monitor Cloud resources to ensure availability and scalability & optimize the cloud resource utilization
• Respond and Troubleshoot cloud related infrastructure incidents and issues
• Perform deployments, migrations and upgrades in cloud environment
• Bring Automations, writing infrastructure as code for provisioning and scaling resources
• Collaborate with product & Support teams to deploy and manage cloud-based resources and resolve issues
• Perform cloud operations for resources (VM, DB etc.) such as backups and restores activities
• Create and Maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure and process.
