Centre Operations Manager (Urgent Opening)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day functioning of the eye hospital/centre.
• Ensure a high standard of patient service from registration through consultation, investigations, surgery, discharge, and follow-up.
• Develop initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, retention, and referrals
• Drive centre revenue and profitability in line with organisational targets.
• Monitor OPD footfall, surgeries, diagnostics, optical sales, pharmacy, conversions, and average revenue per patient.
• Work closely with the Medical/Clinical Head to maintain high standards of patient care.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in managing a hospital, eye-care centre, clinic, diagnostic centre or other healthcare facility for both operations and revenue/business performance.
• Experience in an eye-care chain would be an advantage.
