Centre Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Centre Manager in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This is a full-time, on-site position with an expectation to join within 30 days.
You will be responsible for end-to-end operational oversight of the aesthetics and skin clinic centre, including P&L management, clinical workflow optimisation, inventory and equipment calibration, team development, revenue generation through upselling of advanced aesthetic procedures, implementation of SOPs, regulatory and quality compliance, and driving measurable business growth through data-driven strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of the aesthetics centre ensuring seamless patient flow, optimal utilisation of resources, equipment maintenance, and adherence to defined SOPs for maximum efficiency.
2. Recruit, mentor, train and performance-manage a multidisciplinary team of dermatologists, aestheticians, laser technicians and support staff to elevate clinical standards, productivity, customer experience and retention metrics.
3. Formulate and execute data-driven sales and marketing strategies, treatment package pricing models, conversion funnel optimisation and partnership initiatives to achieve consistent revenue growth and profitability targets.
4. Ensure 100% compliance with NABH, FDA, AERB, biomedical waste management and all applicable health, safety, radiation safety and pharmacovigilance regulations while maintaining audit-ready documentation.
5. Establish, monitor and continuously enhance clinical quality protocols, treatment outcome tracking, patient satisfaction scores, adverse event reporting systems and service excellence benchmarks.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in aesthetics, dermatology and skin clinic operations with proven centre-level leadership.
2. Demonstrated track record in managing full P&L, clinic operations, inventory, CRM systems and regulatory audits.
3. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, team development and performance management capabilities.
4. Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage with clinicians, patients and stakeholders at all levels.
5. Proven ability to drive sales through clinical upselling, conversion rate improvement, package structuring and achieving quarterly revenue and EBITDA targets.
6. Advanced knowledge of laser hair removal systems including diode, Nd:YAG and IPL platforms, parameter setting and safety protocols.
7. In-depth expertise in Botox, dermal fillers, thread lifts, PRP and advanced injectable techniques with complication management.
8. Proficiency in skin rejuvenation modalities such as chemical peels, microneedling, RF, HIFU, phototherapy and combination therapies.
9. Comprehensive experience in medical management of acne, pigmentation disorders, melasma and scar revision using evidence-based protocols.
10. Hands-on experience with clinic management software, EMR systems, inventory modules, billing software and data analytics dashboards.
