Centre Manager

*Role Overview*

We are looking for a Centre Manager – Customer Success Operations to manage the day-to-day operations of Zell Education's centre while ensuring a seamless student experience throughout their learning journey. The role will combine centre operations, customer success, administration, student coordination, MIS reporting, and cross-functional execution to ensure smooth and efficient centre functioning.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage end-to-end centre operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office and student centre.

* Own the student experience by coordinating student queries, issue resolution, follow-ups, and operational support.

* Work closely with Academics, Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure seamless student onboarding and journey management.

* Maintain student data, centre MIS, trackers, attendance records, reports, and operational dashboards with accuracy.

* Oversee front office, facilities, housekeeping, seating, security, and overall workplace management.

* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and facility requirements.

* Monitor student feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and centre experience.

* Manage centre events, workshops, meetings, and other student engagement activities.

* Supervise support staff and ensure high standards of service and operational excellence.

* Share regular MIS and operational reports with leadership and ensure timely execution of key action items.
