Centre Manager - Women's Health Clinic

We're opening Gynepedia Women Wellness Clinic, a new women's-health polyclinic in Lake Gardens, Kolkata, led by Dr Ushasi Mukherjee. We need a hands-on Centre Manager to run the clinic end-to-end with the founders' support.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Day-to-day clinic operations: OPD flow, appointments, patient experience and complaint handling

- Hiring, rostering and supervising front desk, assistants and housekeeping staff

- Licence and compliance calendar: Clinical Establishment, PCPNDT paperwork, biomedical waste, fire and trade licences

- Vendors, inventory, equipment AMC, utilities and petty cash

- Running marketing activities: health camps, WhatsApp campaigns, Google reviews, patient follow-ups

- Coordination with partner labs and referral centres

- Weekly reporting to the founders (footfall, revenue, packages sold, open issues)

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 3+ years as Centre Manager / Clinic In-Charge / Operations Manager, ideally at a standalone clinic or diagnostic centre

- Hands-on experience hiring staff and handling clinic licences

- Comfortable with Excel, WhatsApp Business and clinic billing / EMR software

- Fluent in Bengali and English; based in South Kolkata

- Able to run the centre independently and take ownership

WHAT WE OFFER

- Rs 35,000 - 40,000 per month fixed, plus a performance incentive of up to Rs 5,000 per month

- Chance to build a new clinic from launch, with growth to Operations Head as we add centres
