    • Ensure timely programme delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    • Monitor participant feedback and implement corrective actions.
    • Coordinate effectively with colleges, corporates, training partners and other stakeholders.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and manage centre staff, trainers, counsellors and support teams.
    • Set responsibilities, monitor performance and drive accountability.
    • Build a target-oriented, productive and high-performance team culture.
    • Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management of centre personnel.

    Financial & MIS Management:

    • Manage centre-level expenses, documentation and approvals.
    • Monitor expenditure against approved budgets.
    • Ensure proper maintenance of bills, vouchers and financial records.
    • Prepare and submit periodic MIS and performance reports covering operations, training, enrolments, revenue and expenses.
    • Analyse performance against targets and drive corrective action.

    What Were Looking For:

    • Any Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience.
    • Experience in Centre Management, Branch Management, Operations Management or People Management.
    • Candidates from high-volume, target-driven environments will be preferred.
    • Experience in skilling, training, education, employability or workforce development will be an advantage.
    • Strong track record in team handling, operations and revenue/business target achievement.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and MIS reporting.

    The Ideal Candidate:

A business-oriented Centre Manager who can combine operational discipline with revenue ownership, team leadership and stakeholder management — and take complete accountability for the centre's overall performance.
