About this role
We are looking for a dynamic Centre Head to drive student admissions, counselling, lead conversion, and centre operations at Lakm Academy.
Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-ins, enquiries & admission calls
- Follow up and convert leads into admissions
- Counsel students & parents on courses and career opportunities
- Conduct counselling sessions and campus tours
- Maintain CRM and admission records
- Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams
- Support seminars, workshops and promotional activities
Desired profile:
- Bachelors degree; MBA/BBA preferred
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach
- Basic MS Office & computer skills
- Experience in education, counselling, sales or training preferred
- Interest in beauty, fashion & wellness industry is needed
