Role Overview:

We are looking for a problem-solving professional to join Blinkit's Central Supply Chain team. The role involves identifying operational challenges, analyzing data, and developing scalable solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on critical business problem statements across supply chain and central operations.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis.

- Analyze data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

- Drive initiatives related to cost optimization, demand forecasting, inventory management, and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and track business outcomes.

Requirements:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is an added advantage.

- Understanding of supply chain, logistics, or business operations.

- Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or related industries is preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management and execution skills.
