• Assist in managing day-to-day center operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with employees and team members to support daily activities and operational requirements.
• Assist in monitoring attendance, schedules, task allocation, and team coordination.
• Support customer interactions by handling queries, providing information, and directing concerns to the appropriate team.
• Assist in maintaining customer, employee, operational, and administrative records.
• Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and MIS.
• Assist in monitoring center performance and tracking assigned targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of operational activities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee coordination activities when required.
• Assist with inventory, equipment, facilities, and other center requirements.
• Help identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
• Support customer engagement and retention activities to maintain a positive customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with accuracy and professionalism.
