Central Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate overall centre operations.
• Monitor the performance of Sales, Technical, and HR teams.
• Set and track departmental targets and KPIs.
• Ensure effective coordination between different departments.
• Handle team management, performance monitoring, and productivity.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly reports and provide updates to management.
• Identify operational challenges and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support recruitment, team development, and employee performance initiatives.
• Ensure achievement of business and operational goals.
• Maintain effective communication between management and department teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 + years of experience in operations/centre management/team management.
• Experience managing multiple departments or teams.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of target and performance management.
• Experience in the Education, Training, EdTech, or IT Training industry will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a target-oriented environment.
