Center Manager Roles and Responsibilities

• To be responsible for end-to-end operations of the Centers/ Region given operations/business development.
• Responsible that all the coaches/ lead are effectively utilized and ensure all the coaches are working for 8 hrs in case of less usage to work with RM and increase the productivity and effectiveness of all their coaches.
• To Coordinate and conduct monthly workshops and assess the coaches on the skills trained and monitor all the centers classes and planning accordingly.
• To be responsible for ensuring all the slots in the center are occupied completely and leads generated are closed on time along with renewals completion.
• To have weekly meetings with the center in charge and update the details of center performance and support required.
• To submit the center/ region weekly data performance report to the Bangalore office on Mondays.
• To Conduct monthly interactions with the parents of all the batch students in consultation with the lead coaches.
• To suggest and work with the DM/RM on the marketing collaterals/designs and develop collaterals content to promote/increase the nos to achieve the target.
• To focus on customer engagement by conducting tournaments, ptm training, etc.
• Responsible for tight control on both operational expenditure, monitoring consumables utilization to ensure optimal usage through efficient process flows at the activities.
• To achieve the Quarterly/ Yearly revenue targets through renewals conversion and lead conversion.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the sports program, drive initiatives in the team, and contribute to the long-term operational excellence.
• To conduct training for the coaches on the Trainer App and ensure all the new features and changes/offers are updated on a timely manner.
• Analyzing and prepare an action plan based on the center and update the same in the weekly meetings to the DM/RM.
• Is responsible for system updation of the leads and the updation of data in the portal.
• To achieve the Monthly targets of all the centers they handle.
• To be aware of the incentive structure of all the sports and ensure the same is explained to the lead coaches and coaches and ensure all of them are benefited.
