Center Manager

Kolors Health Care is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Center Manager to manage and oversee center operations, sales, customer service, and team performance. Candidates with prior experience in the slimming, beauty, wellness, skin and hair care, healthcare, or aesthetic industry are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the center.
• Drive sales, revenue growth, and achievement of monthly business targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and service team.
• Handle customer inquiries, consultations, feedback, and escalations.
• Monitor lead conversion, follow-ups, customer retention, and repeat business.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive client experience.
• Coordinate with therapists, dietitians, counselors, and other staff.
• Monitor center performance, prepare daily and monthly reports, and track KPIs.
• Ensure proper maintenance, hygiene, discipline, and professional standards.
• Implement strategies to improve business performance and Eligibility Criteria
• Candidatecustomer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates must have prior experience as a Center Manager, Branch Manager, or Store Manager in a similar industry.
• Experience in slimming, wellness, beauty, skin and hair care, aesthetics, or healthcare is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales management, team handling, and center operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and manage business operations independently.
• Only candidates with relevant industry experience will be considered.
