Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage overall functioning of the training/skill development center.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSDEO, government officials, and local industry partners.
• Coordinate with DSDEO for mobilization, enrollment, and placement of candidates.
• Ensure proper implementation of training programs as per DSDEO / skill development guidelines.
• Oversee administrative activities including attendance, reporting, infrastructure, and compliance.
• Monitor trainers performance and ensure high-quality delivery of training.
• Achieve targets related to student enrollment, certification, and placements.
• Prepare and share regular progress reports with management and DSDEO.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth communication between center, head office, and external bodies.
• Drive community outreach programs to enhance visibility and strengthen ISIEINDIA s presence in the district.

Skills

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of DSDEO processes, government skill development schemes, and training programs.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Team leadership and people management.
• Ability to meet operational and placement targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
• 3-6 years of experience in managing training centers, skill development projects, or similar roles.
• Prior exposure to DSDEO, PMKVY, NSDC, or state-level skill development initiatives will be an added advantage.
