Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the radiology center.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
• Maintain seamless relations with government hospital authorities.
• Act as the liaison for the Public-Private Partnership.
• Supervise and schedule clinical and administrative staff.
• Oversee the center's budget and billing processes.
• Track operational costs and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure high uptime for equipment.
• Uphold strict radiation safety and data privacy compliance.
• Monitor key performance metrics and report to regional leadership.
• Requires a Healthcare Administration degree and 3+ years of diagnostic center management experience.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in diagnostic center operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of workflow and radiation safety protocols preferred.
