Center Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.
• Provide patient counseling and support services to patients, addressing their concerns and needs.
• Oversee IP DRG (Diagnosis-Related Group) coding and billing processes, ensuring accurate documentation and reimbursement.
• Supervise staff performance, providing guidance on quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Job Requirements :

• 6 + years of experience in hospital administration or center management.
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, including OPD (Outpatient Department) procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient counselling and interaction.
• Proficiency in IP DRG coding system for accurate medical billing.
