Job Title: Centre Manager

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 4-8 Years

Role Overview:
Responsible for end-to-end management of the center including P&L, revenue, operations, training quality, and placements. Lead and develop the center team to achieve business and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own center P&L and profitability
  
• Drive mobilization, training & placement targets
  
• Manage daily operations and infrastructure
  
• Lead, train, and engage center team
  
• Build tie-ups with schools, colleges, and partners
  

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA preferred
  
• 4+ years in sales & center/branch management
  
• Experience managing a profit center
  
• Strong leadership, financial & communication skills
