Center Manager

We are hiring an experienced Centre Manager to drive the overall business, operations, sales and training performance of our centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Centre P&L, revenue, profitability and cost targets.
• Drive mobilization, enrolments, placements and training outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead and manage Trainers, Sales Officer and Counsellor.
• Drive local marketing, business development and institutional tie-ups.
• Monitor training quality, trainer performance and student outcomes.
• Build partnerships with colleges, schools, employers and other stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales / Operations / Centre Management.
• Prior experience managing a profit centre / branch / centre preferred.
• Experience in Education, Training, Recruitment or IT/Software industry preferred.
• Strong people management, sales, business development and stakeholder management skills.
