Center Manager cum soft skills Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide individualized coaching sessions to students to improve their English language proficiency and overall personality development.
• Manage the center's operations, including mobilization efforts to reach out to potential clients and partners.
• Develop placement strategies to connect graduates with employers, ensuring successful career transitions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in education/training industry or related field.
• Strong expertise in English language training, student counseling, skill development, and center management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
