Job Location: PAN India

Role Overview:

The Center In-Charge will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the examination center, including exam operations, infrastructure, vendor coordination, documentation, MIS, and candidate support, while ensuring compliance with prescribed processes and timely escalation of issues.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the examination center and ensure smooth conduct of online exams.
- Ensure compliance with examination procedures, SOPs and security guidelines.
- Manage center infrastructure, hardware, software and basic technical issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, security, housekeeping and other support staff.
- Handle examination-related documentation, records and daily MIS/reporting.
- Manage candidate queries and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with customers, local offices and internal teams.
- Monitor center readiness, staff deployment and overall center administration.
- Maintain monthly expense records and support expense management.
- Escalate critical issues to the Head Office and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, security and overall upkeep of the center.
- Travel to other centers/locations as required.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software and MS Office.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
