Vishwanand Kendra is also recognized by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) and has an established research wing in integrative medicine.

Location: Pune (Swarget)
Role Summary
The Center Head will be responsible for the overall leadership, operations, business growth, and administration of Vishwanand Kendra. The role requires a dynamic professional with strong experience in Ayurveda-based healthcare, wellness center management, and business development. The incumbent will ensure operational excellence, patient satisfaction, team performance, and sustainable revenue growth while upholding the organization's vision of holistic healthcare.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the center, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Drive business growth through strategic planning, patient acquisition, and corporate partnerships.
• Develop and implement business development initiatives to increase revenue and market presence.
• Manage doctors, therapists, clinical and administrative teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, service quality, and patient experience.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Strengthen relationships with referring doctors, hospitals, corporates, and wellness partners.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, healthcare, and quality standards.
• Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with management on new services, expansion opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration (MBA), Ayurveda, or related discipline.
• 1015 years of experience in Ayurveda, wellness, hospital, or integrative healthcare management.
• Proven experience in center management, business development, operations, and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of Ayurveda and integrative healthcare business models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and financial acumen.
• Ability to drive growth while maintaining exceptional patient satisfaction.

Preferred Industry
Ayurveda Hospitals, Wellness Centers, Integrative Medicine Centers, AYUSH Healthcare, Healthcare Chains, or Multi-specialty Hospitals.
