Center Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations and business growth of the center.
• Drive student admissions, revenue, and achievement of business targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and schools.
• Lead and manage the center team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor performance, collections, and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase enrollments.

Requirements:

• 36 years of experience in center management, education sales, or business development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of the local education market.
• Target-oriented with strong business acumen.
