Center Head - Kharghar

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Centre Head to manage the overall business, admissions, parent experience, and operations of our Preschool & Daycare centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly admission, revenue, and occupancy targets.
• Manage enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and lead conversions.
• Drive local marketing, BTL activities, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with parents and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Monitor centre performance, CRM data, sales KPIs, and MIS reports.
• Identify new business opportunities within the local catchment area.
• Ensure the centre is well-maintained, safe, compliant, and parent-ready.
• Coordinate with academic, admin, facility, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Preschool, Education, Sales, Business Development, or Centre Management.
• Strong communication, sales, leadership, and people-management skills.
• Target-driven with good business and analytical understanding.
• Experience in handling parents and local business development will be an advantage.
