Celonis Developer (Contract/Freelance)

At Acronotics, we are expanding our enterprise process mining team and looking for hands-on Celonis Developers who enjoy working on complex SAP-driven process landscapes and global-scale solutions.

Role Objective As a Celonis Process Mining Developer, you will support both: Run & Maintain (BAU Support) and Core Product Development across enterprise process mining solutions covering: Order to Cash (OTC) Procure to Pay (PTP) Supply Chain & Logistics MICS / Compliance KPIs SAP ECC & S/4HANA landscapes This role is ideal for developers with strong Celonis EMS/Studio, SQL, and PQL skills and a delivery-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities Run & Maintain (BAU Support) Monitor and ensure smooth execution of: Data refresh jobs Data model builds Transformation pipelines Debug and resolve: Data job failures Model inconsistencies Dashboard issues Perform root cause analysis for incidents Understand existing transformations via KT & documentation Implement approved Change Requests (CRs) Provide technical support to internal Celonis teams

Core Product Development Build and enhance: Data connections Data models & transformations Front-end dashboards Work on global initiatives: Global & Europe Logistics MICS End-to-end process mining solutions Design new data models and extend existing ones Develop SQL & PQL logic for KPIs, metrics, and process flows Support case-centric and OCPM-based process mining Ensure scalable, reusable, and performance-optimized models

Technical Skills Hands-on experience with Celonis EMS / Studio Strong SQL & PQL skills SAP ECC & S/4HANA data understanding Experience in OTC / PTP / Logistics processes Data modeling, transformation & dashboard development Good to Have OCPM / Case-centric process mining knowledge SAP table knowledge for OTC / PTP / Logistics Understanding of SAP event-to-activity derivation Experience with MICS / compliance KPIs

Process Knowledge End-to-end OTC / PTP / Logistics flows Activity creation logic from SAP data Translating process events into business KPIs Linking technical models to actionable business insights

Experience Levels Junior Developer: 2–3 years of Celonis experience Senior Developer: 4–6 years of Celonis experience
