Cell Maintenance Head ( Preferred Solar Cell Manufacturing)

Role & responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities for the solar cell manufacturing line.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability and OEE.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• Lead installation, commissioning and stabilization of new cell manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, automation and process equipment issues.
• Coordinate with OEMs, equipment suppliers and technology partners for technical support.
• Develop maintenance schedules, SOPs, checklists and equipment history records.
• Monitor MTBF, MTTR, OEE, breakdowns and maintenance KPIs.
• Manage critical spare parts and maintenance inventory.
• Identify recurring equipment failures and implement RCA / CAPA.
• Support equipment modification and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, electrical safety and maintenance standards.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team, technicians and engineers.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Process Engineering, Automation, Quality and EHS teams.
