Job Description:

• Define clear monitoring frameworks for classroom observations
• Guide the CCTV team on what to observe, what to ignore, and what to escalate.
• Ensure monitoring aligns with academic expectations, SOPs, and teaching standards.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of CCTV-based observations
• Review and validate CCTV observation summaries before escalation.
• Generate structured, insight-driven reports for senior leadership
• Improve daily monitoring capacity by streamlining workflows
• Reduce time wastage due to incorrect camera naming, access issues, or coordination gaps.
• Act as the single point of contact between the CCTV team and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of CCTV executives
