Job Title: CCTV Operator - Maldives

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuous Monitoring: Maintain live surveillance of premises via IP and Analog CCTV systems to ensure optimal safety and security.
• Activity Detection: Swiftly identify, log, and report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or unauthorized access.
• System Operation: Efficiently operate and manage DVR/NVR recording devices, playback functions, and storage systems.
• Troubleshooting: Perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting on CCTV hardware, network connections, and camera feeds to ensure zero downtime.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate, clear daily logs and generate technical incident reports when required.
• Emergency Response: Promptly escalate issues and coordinate with ground security teams during emergencies or operational breaches.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience strictly working as a CCTV Operator or Control Room Operator.
• Technical Know-how: Sound operational knowledge of both IP and Analog camera environments alongside DVR/NVR systems.
• Skills: High attention to detail, robust observation capacity, and practical computer literacy for logging reports.
• Communication: Basic English verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for operational reporting.
• Flexibility: Must be fully willing to work on standard rotational shifts (including night shifts).
• Preferred Background: Prior security monitoring experience within construction sites, heavy industrial facilities, commercial hotels, or luxury island resorts will be considered a distinct advantage.
