Job Title: CCTV Operator

Department: Security / Surveillance

Location: Pragati RRD, Thukkuguda

Role Summary:

Monitor CCTV cameras to ensure safety, security & protection of plant, equipment, employees & company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor live CCTV feeds 24/7 for any suspicious activities / security breaches.

2. Alert security personnel / management immediately in case of incidents / emergencies.

3. Maintain CCTV recording & data logs as per company policy.

4. Support investigation teams by providing video evidence when required.

5. Ensure all cameras are functioning properly & report malfunctions to maintenance.

6. Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance data.

7. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CCTV operations.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems

- Good observation & reporting skills

- Ability to work in shifts (24/7)

- Basic computer knowledge
