CCR Kiln Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CCR Kiln Operator to manage the pyro-processing activities in our Cement plant. The successful candidate will oversee continuous operation of Pre-Calciner Kiln, cooler, and Raw mill to maximize production rates while maintaining quality metrics (Free lime, Litre weight) and fuel efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Control Kiln and raw mill operation via Control room PLC operating station
• Monitor Kiln shell temperature, cyclone pressures, and temperatures.
• Interpret hourly laboratory data and make precise process adjustments to meet quality targets
• Manage emergency procedures, unprogrammed stops, and kiln heating up/cooling down schedules according to SOPs
• Ensure safety compliance

Qualifications:

• Diploma Chemical
• 3+ years experience in Kiln operation.
• Strong decision-making skills.
