Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Customer Communications Management (CCM). The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IT project management experience, including 3+ years in a senior/lead role, and proven expertise in managing largescale CCM projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend IT project delivery across Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies
• Manage stakeholders, budgets, resources & risks effectively
• Drive project execution using tools like Jira and MS Project
• Oversee CCM implementations with platforms such as Smart Communications, Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream, and Adobe Experience Manager
• Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of IT project management experience
• 3+ years in a senior/lead project management role
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies
• Handson experience with CCM platforms (Smart Communications, Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream, Adobe Experience Manager)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills
