Lead CCM operations, monitor casting parameters, ladle/ tundish/ mould/cooling, ensure billet quality, reduce breakouts/defects, conduct RCA/CAPA, coordinate maintenance, manage manpower, and improve casting speed, yield, productivity and quality.
